What is StatFunding?
StatFunding provides individual investors with a platform to build their own diversified asset backed investment portfolios. Each investment available on the StatFunding platform is backed by a secured interest in real estate.
What forms of payment does StatFunding accept for deposits?
You can fund your StatFunding account via wire, check, or ACH transfer.
How do I withdraw funds from my StatFunding account?
You can withdraw your Available Cash from StatFunding at any time. To make a withdraw, click the "Transfer Funds" tab with the "My Account" section of the StatFunding platform. From there, select "Withdraw from StatFunding" and select the amount of your withdrawal to process your request.
How do I fund my account?
After you have registered for an account and provided StatFunding with verification that you are an accredited investor, click the within the "My Account" tab click the "Transfer Funds" tab, then follow the instructions to initiate your deposit into your StatFunding account.
When can I fund my StatFunding account?
In order to fund your account, first, you need to register for an account with StatFunding. In order to register for an account you must be an accredited investor. After you have registered for an account you must provide StatFunding with certain documents to establish that you are an accredited investor. After you have registered for an account and provided StatFunding with verification that you are an accredited investor, click the within the "My Account" tab click the "Transfer Funds" tab, then follow the instructions to initiate your deposit into your StatFunding account.
Where is my cash held?
Your cash is held in an FDIC insured bank in an account for your benefit.
Is my cash insured?
Your Total Cash on deposit in your StatFunding account is held in an FDIC insured bank for your benefit. Your cash on deposit with StatFunding will be in two "states" (1) Total Cash, and (2) Available Cash. Total Cash is all of the cash on deposit in your account. Available Cash is Total Cash minus the amount of your pending commitments (your pending Bids) on Listings.
Where are the funds in my StatFunding account held?
When you deposit funds into your StatFunding account, those funds are deposited with an FDIC insured bank for your benefit.
Are my investments insured?
Investments offered on StatFunding are not insured. All investments on StatFunding are private placements available to accredited investors only.

Is StatFunding a broker?
StatFunding is a direct lender. StatFunding is not a broker or mortgage broker. That means that we have access to millions of dollars of private investor funds. That also means that we can move faster than traditional lenders, and we can offer rates better than most other lenders.
Do you provide financing for purchasers buying a property to be used as their primary residence?
StatFunding is a commercial mortgage lender. That means that we provide financing for commercial loans, investment property loans, and loans for foreign nationals and non-resident aliens (NRAs) for real estate located in the United States. We do not provide loans for properties intended to be used by individuals for personal, family, or household purposes.
What interest rates do you offer?
We think we offer the most competitive interest rates around. Every situation is unique. Contact us and we can quickly determine whether we will not be able to finance your loan at an interest rate that works for you.
Do you provide purchase financing for new preconstruction condominium purchases?
Yes, we specialize in providing financing for buyers closing on preconstruction condominiums.
Do you lend to foreign nationals and non-resident aliens?
Yes, StatFunding specializes in lending to foreign nationals and non-resident aliens for real property purchases in the United States.
What types of properties do you provide funding for?
StatLending will lend on most types of real property, including commercial properties, residential investment properties, apartment or multifamily buildings, offices, retail, warehouses, industrial properties and more.
How long does it take to fund and close a loan?
We can close loans in faster than 7 days. Most loans will take less than 14 days to close. We think we move faster than anyone else out there!
